Golden Barrel Cactus are a true staple in any cactus collectors garden. Native to Mexico, they have yellow flowers in the Summers to match their golden thorn armor. They can grow up to about 3 feet tall and similar in width over a few decades. In habitat these gorgeous cactus are now an endangered species and are increasingly rare.
